For a long time now I have been a fan of Costco and a opponent of Walmart. But when you shop online, most of my issues with Walmart disappear. I ordered a camp kitchen form Costco online the other day for what I thought was a great price with free shipping. At the prompting of friends that saw a "better" kitchen out there I did some searching. What I found was Walmart had the same kitchen for $20 cheaper and with site to store free shipping that equated to 25% off the Costco price. CASH IS KING, as much as I hate to say it, when comparing the exact same product, my store loyalty just fades. One good thing I will say about Costco is that they will accept online returns at the store without issue. So my question for you is what ideal do you try to hold true to, but when faced with clear logic, you just have to eat crow and let go of your ideals?
I guess it's fair that I return the kitchen. About 10 months ago I returned a 480p HDTV to Walmart when I found Costco had the same tv but with the 1080p resolution for $60 cheaper. I guess turnabout is fair play.
